Why do they call it Yorkshire pudding when it's not even a pudding?
So last Sunday, my whole family went to the Harrods restaurant to eat lunch and celebrate my birthday as well as Lana's. The place was beautiful and could only seat 20 people. But there is a bar outside where you could wait to get seated (very Western, I might say).
There was this other family that booked earlier and got the best seats. Because of that, I didn't get to sit with my grandparents. My sister, dad and I were seated in a separate table. But it was okay. The first thing I did was searched the leather bound menu for anything meaty. When it comes to gourmet food, meat is my first option

So I took the Harrod's roast served with yorkshire pudding and vegetables. The picture above. It was heaven. The meat was cooked just the way I like it (medium. Not too well done with a hint of redness in the meat). Adik ordered the lamb racks while dad opted for the salmon.

Then we were greedy enough to order an after meal tea and then desserts. The tea was most probably the best tea I have ever tasted. Seriously, it tasted so good I didn't need to pour any sugar. The tea was from India and the waitress explained all the 4 factors that differentiate the goodness of the tea(the waiters there are so well educated about every single thing on the menu, it was crazy).
We didn't finish our bread and butter pudding (too much meat inside my system) but overall, one of the best gourmet restaurants I have ever been to in Malaysia. Thanks to my grandfather for knowing the fact that the best way to celebrate my legal age is by taking me to an awesome restaurant.
